Prof. Camacho Presents Report to U.S. Senators
Prof. Alejandro Camacho presented a report to U.S. Senators in Washington, D.C. this week.
The report, "Assessing State Laws and Resources for Endangered Species Protection," was published in August by UCI Law's Center for Land, Environment, and Natural Resources (CLEANR). The report investigates states' capacity to protect and recover endangered species.
The presentation was held in the Dirksen Senate Office Building, and was hosted by Sen. Tammy Duckworth (D-Ill.).
Asena Cansu Yildiz, Environmental and Land Use Fellow at CLEANR and co-author of the report also attended.
